💌 How Do the Mail Clubs Work?

The Mail Clubs are monthly subscriptions. Each month, you’ll receive a themed envelope filled with cozy, creative goodies delivered straight to your mailbox. You only need to sign up once, and your subscription will continue automatically until you choose to cancel.

🪡 Billing

You’re charged immediately when you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month as your original sign-up.

Example: Sign up on January 5 → you’re charged on January 5 for January mail. January mail is shipped after the 20th.

🗓️ Subscription Timing

Your sign-up date determines which month’s mail you receive. If you sign up between the 1st–20th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s mail. If you sign up after the 20th, your first mail will be the following month.

📦 Mailing Details

Mail is sent between the 21st–30th of each month. If you sign up after the 20th, your first envelope will always be sent the following month.

✨ Subscription Notes

You only need to subscribe once. Your subscription will continue automatically each month until you choose to cancel. You can cancel anytime through your account.

✉️ Delivery

Mail is sent with a regular stamp (no tracking). Please allow up to 7 business days for your envelope to arrive after it ships.
