Craft Kits are fulfilled and sent out to ship within 3–5 business days.

Subscription mail (like the Bits & Pieces Mail Club or the Cozy Mix mail club) go out from the 21st–30th of each month.

Craft kits l usually arrive within 5–8 business days after shipping. Mail clubs usually arrive within 7-9 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way!

The Crafter’s Snail Mail Club is a monthly subscription that brings a themed envelope of creative supplies straight to your mailbox. Each month’s theme is different, so every delivery feels fresh and inspiring!

Under the Crafter’s Snail Mail Club, you’ll find a few different kit options to suit your creative style.

- The Cozy Mix Mail Club is a blend of creative outlets — perfect for those who love a little variety.

-The Bits & Pieces Mail Club is designed for collage journaling, scrapbooking, and junk journaling enthusiasts.

The Mail Clubs are subscription-based — meaning you’ll receive a new themed envelope each month filled with creative goodies. You can cancel anytime through your account.

🪡 Billing:

• You’re charged immediately when you subscribe.
• Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month.
  

🗓️ Timing:

• Sign up between the 1st–20th → your first package will be that month’s mail.
  Example: Sign up Nov 5 → charged Nov 5 for November mail.
• Sign up after the 20th → your first package will be next month’s mail.
  Example: Sign up Nov 21 → charged Nov 21 for December mail.
  

📦 Shipping:

• Letters are mailed between the 21st–30th of each month.
• If you sign up after the 20th, your first mail will always go out the following month.
  

✉️ Delivery:

• Mail is sent with a regular stamp (no tracking).
• Expect your envelope to arrive within about 7 business days after shipping.
  

Yes! You can manage your subscription anytime through your account. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription before the next billing date.

Mail can be a little unpredictable sometimes! If your letter hasn’t arrived within 10–14 days after the end of the month that it was sent, send us a quick message — we’ll make sure everything gets sorted for you.

QR codes are our way of keeping things simple, sustainable, and accessible. They save paper, let you zoom in on instructions or recipes, and make sure your content is downloadable and always easy to find — so you can enjoy it now and anytime in the future!

Our snail mail envelopes use QR codes to access recipes, journal prompts, and other extras. Our craft kits also use QR codes for instructions.

If a QR code isn’t working, don’t worry! Just contact us and we’ll provide a working link so you can access your content right away.

We currently do not offer returns, but your satisfaction is important to us! If you have any issues with your order, please reach out and we’ll make it right.

Our products are currently only available within the U.S., but as we grow, we hope to offer our Snail Mail Club and digital products internationally to crafters worldwide.
